The Challenge:
Multiple facilities in Indiana, Ohio, & Michigan were searching for a trivalent black with topcoat that resisted color change and had stability while not in use (requiring huge additions upon start-up)
The Solution:
A two fold solution was presented Technicoat Triblack ZN BK 5750 (parts A&B) and Techniseal Wax BK 5316. In all cases the customers found the process to pass all of the current Japanese automotive & US Domestic corrosion standards. However as an added bonus the aesthetic were much improved and the finish was consistent. The process required fewer dumps and produced more first time acceptable quality parts than other very good competitor products. Meeting the standards & first time quality, it only makes sense to look to Asterion.
