A quick note to all of the friends of Asterion, LLC regarding the Novel Coronavirus, COVID-19
I am sure that your inbox is being filled with emails from both customers and suppliers regarding the Novel Coronavirus, COVID 19. Without adding to the litter, please be aware that our management team and all of our Team Members are working to protect ourselves and our customers from the impact of this public health issue. We have taken the following steps:
- Publicize and encourage commonsense hygienic practices to minimize infection risk.
- Restrict access to our facility to those who have essential reason to be in the buildings.
- Increase the deep cleaning and sanitizing of our facility.
- Work with our suppliers to do all we can do to ensure uninterrupted supplies.
- Monitor the developments associated with this situation.
While none of us know what the future will bring, we assure you that we will do all that we can to be creative in our approach to problems and ensure you an uninterrupted supply of products and technical support.
Many of you are taking steps to restrict visitor access to your facilities. Our sales and technical service team is or will be in contact with our customers to discuss how best to meet your needs during this period. We have the ability to access a number of technologies to provide assistance without physically being present. Please be assured that if you need us, we will be there!
