INDIANAPOLIS, September 1, 2020 – Asterion LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Peterson as Technical Sales Representative. A certified electroplater-finisher (CEF), Mr. Peterson is responsible for providing exceptional customer sales and technical support to Asterion customers throughout Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, and western Minnesota.
Prior to joining Asterion, Mr. Peterson was with Hydrite Chemical Co, serving as an account manager, technical sales representative, and metal finishing specialist during his tenure. Mr. Peterson also held senior sales and technical service positions for Heatbath Corporation for almost a decade. With over twenty-five years of surface finishing success, Mr. Peterson began his career at Pioneer Metal Finishing in Green Bay, Wisconsin where he was responsible for the chemical maintenance of the company’s electroless nickel and anodizing lines, as well as waste reporting and manifesting, and waste treatment.
Peterson said, “I am a firm believer in putting the customer first and always working to find a way to make everyone win.”
Mr. Peterson is an active member of the NASF and currently serves on the AESF Foundation as a trustee and also serves on its finance committee. He is a past president of the NASF Wisconsin Chapter and has been involved with the Federation of Environmental Technologists (FET) for over two decades.

Mr. Peterson earned his MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BS degree in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He resides in Wisconsin and is the proud father of two teenage daughters.
